“Greatness is not found in possessions, power, position, or prestige. It is discovered in goodness, humility, service, and character.”

Throughout history, men have bonded together to form camaraderie that lasts a lifetime. The search for fellow men that we can rely on is the very concept that the founding fathers of our Greek organizations embodied. They came together to create great organizations that would live on forever and would serve as a foundation for young men to mature, learn, and grow from each other. Their organizations sought great men as members and today they continue to be a place where young men go to make themselves great through service, brotherhood, scholarship, and a list of other things.
In 1954, the Greek System at UNT was born. Today, 16 IFC fraternities and over 1,200 young men comprise the exceptional Greek community at the University of North Texas. I sincerely hope that you find our members to be true representatives of brotherhood, camaraderie, and service to the entire campus community and beyond.
I am extremely pleased to be able to welcome you to the official Interfraternity Council website, and I hope that you will use it as a resource in your quest for the ideal fraternity that fits your needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about IFC or the Greek Community at UNT.
Fraternally,
Brad Boccaccio
IFC President
