| A: | Appealing a Judicial Board ruling is done through the Vice President of Judicial Affairs. If appealing a decision made by the Judicial Board, the VP of Judicial Affairs must receive written notice no more than 10 days after your organization receives their sanctions letter. |

Its members are responsible for the integrity of the IFC and its member fraternities. This is accomplished through fair and just actions that maintain our credibility and prove our abilities in self-governance. |
